Foluka

Waitlist

Privacy notice.

Effective October 15, 2026

This is the whole story of what happens to your email address when you join the Foluka waitlist: what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It covers this waitlist site only.

What we collect

We don’t ask for your name, phone number or location, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. This site doesn’t set cookies of its own.

What we use it for

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t build profiles of you.

Who else handles it

Two companies handle your information for us, only to provide their service:

We never sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own purposes. We would hand it over only if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

When we delete something, it leaves our live database at once. Cloudflare keeps a history of the database so it can be restored after a mistake, and a deleted entry stays in that history for up to 7 days (up to 30 days if we move to a paid plan). It can’t be switched off.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link: open it and press the button on the page that opens. You can also write to hello@foluka.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. Please write from the address you joined with, so we know it’s you.

If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, these are your rights, and we won’t treat you differently for using them. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We don’t track you across other websites, so what we do is the same whether the signal is on or off.

Children

The waitlist is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
